LiveLoad User Information

Welcome to LiveLoad! LiveLoad is a web based load request and tracking service written by Profit Tools, Inc.. With LiveLoad you will be able to:

• Submit Rate Requests
• Submit Load Tender Requests
• Access Load Status Information

We are proud to be able to offer this tool for qualified customers. Not only does it enable you to submit Load Tender Requests more efficiently, but it also provides you an automated status updating process once these shipments are active.

Member Network
To become a member of our network, just contact your sales representative. They will establish an account for you in just a few minutes. You will be given an account code and password which will enable you to submit Load Tender Requests and access load status information from the Secure Area of our site.

Submit Rate Requests
Even without being a member of our network, you can submit requests for shipment rating. Carefully fill out this form making sure your email address is correct. You will receive a quick response as soon as our staff has had a chance to evaluate your request.

Submit Load Tender Requests
As a member of our network, you will be able to submit Load Tenders for immediate scheduling. After the load has been entered into our system, you will be able to access status information on it by going to the Secure Area of the site.

Access Load Status Information
After logging into the Secure Area of our site, you will see a list of active shipments we are currently dealing with for you. Simply select a link, and an Excel spreadsheet of all relevant data will open in your browser. You can print this spreadsheet or save it to your hard disk for later sorting and analysis. The information in the Secure Area is updated constantly, so check back as much as you want. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us.

Submit Status Requests

By submitting your Load Number or Invoice Number or Reference Number and then your Authorization Code and E-mail address, you can track the status of your shipment online.  You will receive a quick automated e-mail response from us with the current shipment status along with a POD if the shipment has been delivered.  Please contact us to find out how to get your Authorization code.
